Voids under the slab has caused this slab to crack under the weight of truck trafic.
The affected concrete removed and the reinforcement replaced
The affected area was replaced with a non shrink mortar mix with a 5mm aggregate.
A broomed finish gave it the final touch, ready to be coated.
Broken storm water pits caused wash-out of the sub soil leaving the slab susceptible to damage.
After repairing the pits, a cement slurry was injected under preasure to fill the voids.
Drip trays are removed to inject and repair the crack. A permanent solution.
